The Oil Museum of ONGC is one of the largest museums in South-east Asia, dedicated to exploration and production of oil industry. The Musuem is not only restricted to its technological achievements in the field, existence as Public Sector Unit (PSU) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, but addresses global environmental concerns such as mineral oil (hydrocarbons) as a non-renewable resource. The ground floor of the museum takes the visitor through the history of the oil industry and the first floor showcases, in detail, the making of refined products from crude oil.
